We are pleased to be welcoming Lara Gardiner to the Lab as our newest clinical research coordinator! Lara earned her degree from BU in both Neuroscience and Philosophy in 2023. As a clinical research coordinator for the hyperscanning team at Napadow Lab, Lara has already become an integral part of ongoing studies. She is involved in a project investigating the intricacies of patient and clinician brain dynamics in a pain treatment context. Lara’s responsibilities encompass MRI data collection, recruitment efforts, and maintaining IRB compliance.

Lara additionally works on an EEG study, investigating brain concordance in patient-clinician interactions. For this study, she is involved in EEG data collection, alongside recruitment and regulatory work. Looking forward to the future, the Napadow Lab is excited to kick off two more studies with Lara!
